| Has been a professional dance teacher since 1996. She was part of the original “Jumpin at the Woodside” teaching lineup and taught alongside the great Frankie Manning. She was subsequently mentored by Frankie’s long term dance partner “Erin Stevens” whose influence can still be seen today. Described as being the “best follow in the business” she has since trained with some of the top UK and European dance teachers and has performed in cabaret with many of the UK’s top Swing and Rhythm ‘n’ Blues bands. She has taught at many events and to all levels of dancers across the UK, from schools to dance weekenders. With a great understanding of the way structured dance works, she is able to pass on her knowledge to her students. Always giving them the full information to make them the best dancers they can be. Described as having the “the patience of a saint!” |

| Started dancing “under protest” in 2004, but, after the first few lessons and a regional competition win in 2006, has been hooked ever since. He has trained with some of the top UK and European dance teachers, and in 2009, started teaching weekly classes and at dance events across the UK. Having played guitar in various bands over the years and more recently the ukulele, harmonica and bodhran, he is keen to pass on his knowledge of rhythm and musicality to his students. |
